Performance and tool life are much improved by using powder metal High Speed cobalt in the manufacture and the Super-B coating further improves performance when threading hard materials. Manufactured conforming to the German Institute for Standardization the E474 comes in a range of sizes from M3 to M20 and has a spiral flute for effective threading of blind holes.
