The E710 hand tap will create National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads in many different materials, including steels, aluminium and stainless steel. It is manufactured from High Speed steel to provide increased performance and longer tool life, and conforms to the American National Standards Institute. It is suitable for both holes which go all the way through the workpiece and also holes which stop part way through. With a bright finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool, you can be sure the E710 will give you clean, accurate threads every time.
