EX11 machine taps for metric fine threads are available in sizes from M4 to M30. The spiral flute design makes them ideal for efficient threading of blind holes (holes which stop part way through the material), whilst the bright finish helps stop workpiece material from sticking to the edge of the tool so you will get a clean and accurate thread. Manufactured to conform to the German Institute for Standardization, EX11 taps are made from powder metal High Speed cobalt, giving you greater performance and longer tool life when threading a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium and steels.
