Dormer’s A720 is a metric micro drill, supplied in very small diameters ranging from 0.15 mm to 1.40 mm. To make tool holding easier, all drills have either a 1.00 mm or 1.50 mm shank diameter. The drills all have a 118 degree 4-facet point which is a great aid to self-centering and reduces the amount of force needed to drill a hole. The drills have a bright finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge and are made from High Speed cobalt so are also suitable for drilling abrasive materials.
