Description

The B100 reamer from Dormer comes with a straight shank and a square drive peg at the end so is primarily designed for reaming by hand, using a suitable wrench attached to the reamer. The hole finish is within the limits of H7 hole tolerance (ISO limits and fit). The B100 has a precision ground, left-hand helix with right hand (clockwise) cutting for smooth reaming, a more accurate hole size and better surface finish. The B100 has a tapered lead which means it is easier to locate and centre in the hole to be reamed, further improving accuracy and giving you better performance. Manufactured from premium High Speed steel, the B100 is suitable for reaming many materials including steels, aluminium and stainless 333steel.
