Description

The B101 machine reamer is manufactured from High Speed cobalt and can be used to ream a wide range of materials including steels, stainless steel and aluminium. It has a 3.45 degree bevel lead which means it is much easier to locate and centre in the hole, ensuring improved performance and good hole quality, finished to H7 tolerance. Precision grinding with a left 3hand helix and right hand cutting means the smooth reaming offered by the B101 gives you better hole size and surface finish. With a tapered shank, the tool can be used in machine applications where it is held directly in the spindle.
