The EX10TIN tap from Dormer is a machine tap for producing metric fine thread in a range of materials including aluminium, steels and stainless steel. It is made from powder metal High Speed cobalt to enhance the life of the tool and give you greater performance, and manufactured to conform to the German Institute for Standardization. The titanium nitride coating improves performance even further when threading harder materials. The EX10TIN comes with a spiral flute for great threading of blind holes.
