Dormer’s EX30 machine taps for unified fine threads (UNF) are designed with a spiral flute to thread holes which stop part way through the workpiece (blind holes) and are manufactured to conform to the German Institute for Standardization. Made from Powder metal High Speed cobalt, the EX30 taps will give you superior performance and extended tool life when threading a variety of materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steel. Finally, the bright finish will ensure clean, accurate threads by making sure workpiece material does not stick to the cutting edge of the tool.
