EX41 machine taps for G-series threads (BSP-G) are manufactured to conform to the German Institute for Standardization. They have a spiral flute design so should be used to thread blind holes and are suitable for threading a number of materials including aluminium, steels and stainless steel. EX41 taps are made from powder metal High Speed cobalt for longer tool life and improved performance, whilst the steam tempered finish will give you cleaner more accurate threads by preventing workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool.
