Description

The F100 machine die produces external metric coarse threads in a wide variety of materials including steels, stainless steel and aluminium. The die has a Gun Nosed geometry which directs chips away from the cutting edge to improve performance. Accuracy and surface quality are further enhanced by the bright finish to the tool, which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges. The premium High Speed steel used in manufacture further enhances performance and extends the life of the tool. The F100 is designed to create accurate screw threads to 6g tolerance.
