F190 machine dies from Dormer create PG external conduit threads in a great many materials including stainless steel, aluminium and steels. Manufactured from High Speed steel, they will give excellent performance and extended tool life, creating accurate screw threads to normal fit tolerance. Chips are directed away from the cutting edges by the specially designed gun nosed geometry to further improve performance whilst the bright finish means workpiece material will not stick to the cutting edge, so you get a more accurate and cleaner thread.
