G129 countersinks have a reduced plain shank which makes it possible for large diameters to be held in standard holders and chucks. With a 90 degree countersink angle, G129s chamfer holes for standard fasteners with 90 degree heads. The bright finish helps stop workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool so you get an accurate and clean surface. Added to that is the single flute design to reduce vibration and chatter for a smooth chamfering operation. Manufactured from High Speed steel, G129 90 degree countersinks are available for chamfering holes up to a maximum diameter of 31.5 mm and are suitable for uses in a wide range of materials including steels, stainless steel and aluminium.
