Dormer’s G138 taper shank countersink will chamfer 90 degree holes to take standard fasteners with 90 degree heads. Manufactured from High Speed steel, the countersinks will chamfer holes in many materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steel whilst the bright finish stops workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool, so you get a cleaner, more accurate finish. The standard taper shank design of the G138 means the tool can be used in machine applications where it is held directly in the spindle.
