G400 countersinks are high performance products designed for use with CNC machines where high productivity and quality are required. Made from premium carbide the countersinks can be used for chamfering holes in hard and abrasive materials and with a 90 degree angle are designed to chamfer holes for standard fasteners with 90 degree heads. The bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the workpiece which means you get clean, accurate machining. Finally, the reduced plain shank on G400 carbide countersinks means large diameter tools can still be held in standard holders and chucks.
