G570 countersinks are manufactured from premium High Speed cobalt, making them particularly suited to chamfering holes in hard and abrasive materials. With a 90 degree angle, the tools should be used to chamfer holes to accommodate standard fasteners with 90 degree heads and can be used in both machine and hand held applications. The aluminium titanium carbo-nitride coating increases the life of the tool and gives improved performance when chamfering at high speeds for longer periods. The versatility of the G570 is confirmed with the reduced plain shanks which means all tools, even those with large diameters, can be held in standard holders and chucks.
