The extended shank of G600 countersinks gives you the ability to chamfer holes in areas which are difficult to reach. The 90 degree countersink angle means the tools are designed to chamfer holes to fit standard fasteners with 90 degree heads. They are manufactured from High Speed steel so are suitable for chamfering holes in many materials including aluminium, steels and stainless steel and can be used equally well in both machine and hand held applications. For a cleaner, more accurate finish to the chamfer, the G600 countersinks have a bright finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges.
