Part of Dormer’s thread milling cutter range, J260 thread mills for NPT threads are manufactured from premium carbide for great performance and a long tool life in extreme conditions, whilst the Alcrona top further extends tool life and improves performance when threading difficult to machine materials. The 10 degree spiral flute with chamfering capability gives the strength for thread milling and chamfering applications. J260 carbide thread milling cutters can be used for machine thread milling both through and blind holes with left or right hand threads, and a single tool can produce any size thread with the same pitch.
