Dormer’s P805 rotary carbide burrs will efficiently de-burring in corners with radius, having a ball-nosed cylinder shape (Shape C) with skip flute geometry. The DC design helps break chips more effectively, improving control when de-burring by hand. P805 rotary cutters are manufactured from premium carbide material which will provide superior performance and extended tool life at high speeds, whilst the bright finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool so you get clean results every time. As an extra feature, the steel shank is hardened and toughened for extra rigidity and strength. This decreases vibration and further extends tool life.
