P807 ball shaped (Shape D) rotary carbide burrs with skip flute geometry are designed for de-burring when used in slots or radius grooves. Manufactured from premium carbide for extra performance and extended tool life at high speeds, they also have a steel shank which has been hardened and toughened for improved rigidity and strength, to decrease vibration and extends the life of the tool. The tools all have a bright finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool for a smoother, cleaner result. To help break chips more efficiently and make it easier to control when using by hand, P807 rotary burrs have a DC geometry.
