S227 milling cutters are manufactured from premium grade carbide for superior performance and longer tool life. They are designed specifically for finishing in difficult to machine materials such as heat resistant alloys and have an aluminium titanium nitride coating which improves performance when milling those materials and also increases the life of the tool. With a 50 degree helix for high performance profiling on CNC machines and an extra long multi-flute geometry, S227 milling cutters are designed to provide high rigidity for finishing of deep profiles.
